Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil Department)1 to 2 years of experience in facility management, Construction, engineering, or a related technical role.Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems is preferable.Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge about building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Proficiency in using facility management and software tools.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
