Managing projects from initiation through to successful delivery. Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets and governance. Managing risks, issues, dependencies and change. Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders. Providing clear and effective reporting to senior stakeholders. Supporting clients in improving their project management processes and capabilities. Helping organisations deliver complex transformation and change. Adapting quickly to different client environments, industries and project challenges. No two assignments are necessarily the same. You’ll gain exposure to different organisations, cultures, project environments and sectors — helping you develop into a well-rounded Project Manager and consultant.
