Managing prescription workflows – keeping everything safe, smooth, and on time. Monitoring medications – including blood tests and drug levels for patient safety. Handling prescription queries – solving problems and keeping communication clear. Liaising with pharmacies and hospitals – making sure everyone’s on the same page. Processing clinical letters – turning paperwork into action. Supporting audits & medicines optimisation – helping reduce waste and improve care. Contributing to cost-effective prescribing – because smart choices matter. Managing stock of emergency drugs – ensuring the right meds are always available. Working with the wider MDT – teamwork makes the healthcare dream work!
