About this role
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the products we build for our customers. You will be a thought leader in defining the requirements elicitation process and will be responsible with ensuring that our deliveries align with the business vision and maximise the value for the stakeholders. Support the standardisation of requirements elicitation processes within our Digital Engineering business unit. Shape product vision and maintain backlogs by working closely with customers’ Product Owners. Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating effectively with internal and external technical stakeholders (Solution Architects, Software Engineers, QA). Participate in discovery workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to help advance product development. Assist in identifying new opportunities and contribute to winning new business by supporting pre-sales activities. Collaborate with the broader team to ensure project success and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
