We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Team Member to join our store team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming, solution-focused environment for our members and customers. Contract: Permanent Hours: Part-time Hours of Work: 6 Hours per week, working Sunday As a Customer Care Team Member, you’ll be a key part of the store’s success, supporting customers with energy, empathy, and professionalism. You’ll handle queries, support counter duties, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
