Delivering superior guest service and immediate guest satisfaction. Opening and closing procedures for the Pool & Beach area. Maintaining a clean and organized pool area environment. Preparing culinary snacks and drinks Taking orders and serving guests. Cleaning of bar and service area. Reporting technical difficulties to the maintenance department. Ordering of food and beverage items from the storage area. Controlling inventory of towels, bathrobes, and kitchen towels. Ordering pool supplies. Cost control of pool income and expenses. Cleaning of fitness equipment. Reporting maintenance issues to the engineering department. Assisting guests with workout tools and equipment.
