Emergency Veterinary Receptionist | Marietta, Georgia Dogwood Veterinary Specialty and Emergency is growing, and we're adding an experienced Emergency Veterinary Receptionist to our Marietta team. If you're an experienced Veterinary Receptionist, Client Service Representative, Medical Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, or Healthcare Customer Service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to join an established Emergency and Specialty Veterinary Hospital . You'll be the welcoming face of Dogwood—helping clients navigate stressful situations while keeping communication, patient flow, and hospital operations moving efficiently. Veterinary experience is valued, but strong client communication and healthcare operations experience can translate exceptionally well to this role. Schedule Availability 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM You'll help create a seamless experience for clients and patients from arrival through discharge, transfer, or continued hospitalization. Welcome and support clients during Emergency and Specialty visits Coordinate patient arrival, check-in, discharge, transfers, and follow-up communication Communicate clearly and compassionately during stressful situations Manage phones, scheduling, payments, records, and client requests Coordinate closely with Emergency Veterinarians, technicians, Criticalists, and specialty teams Help maintain efficient patient flow in a fast-paced hospital Maintain accurate client and patient information Build your knowledge of Emergency and Specialty Veterinary Medicine Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional client-facing environment
