Schedule & Compensation Full-Time Position Hours will vary based on hospital needs, but a full-time team member can generally expect: Four full weekdays per week At least every other Saturday Weekday shifts may range from: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Occasionally later based on hospital needs Saturday hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Flexibility for evening shifts is highly preferred as we continue expanding our urgent care services, with future opportunities for shifts extending until 10:00 PM Compensation: $14.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on experience Greeting clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion Answering multi-line phones and managing client communications Scheduling appointments and coordinating patient visits Processing payments and handling financial transactions accurately Maintaining accurate medical records and client information Supporting veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks Educating clients on hospital services and patient care recommendations Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Delivering exceptional customer service in a busy veterinary environment
