Responsibilities include: Welcome clients and pets warmly and professionally Answer multi-line phones , schedule appointments, and manage client communications Complete patient check-in and check-out , prepare invoices, and process payments Maintain accurate medical records, client information, and patient information in veterinary practice software Coordinate with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and medical team members to maintain efficient patient flow Provide client education regarding hospital services, wellness care, preventative care, and general pet health Respond to client questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and excellent customer service Help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient veterinary front desk Participate in rotating weekend shifts Brookhaven Animal Hospital is closed on all major federal holidays, and holiday pay is available.
