As a Veterinary Receptionist and the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for pets and their families. Welcome clients and pets and provide exceptional customer service Answer phones, emails, and client questions professionally Schedule appointments, wellness visits, sick visits, surgeries, and follow-ups Check clients in and out and maintain accurate patient records Process payments, invoices, and prescription requests Communicate veterinary recommendations and follow-up instructions Coordinate communication between clients and the veterinary team Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Support daily veterinary hospital operations and administrative needs
