Role Due to continued growth within our Construction Department, we are looking to appoint Full& Part Time Lecturer's in Carpentry & Joinery to join us from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a developing curriculum area, helping to shape provision and inspire the next generation of skilled tradespeople. Teach a range of courses as assigned, ensuring that every student receives the guidance they need to succeed. Implement effective feedback and assessment systems to monitor learning progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Uphold the standards of our Quality Assurance framework. Manage course administration and organisation as needed. Contribute to innovative curriculum development and implementation. Maintain a professional and motivating learning environment, applying effective behaviour management practices. Continuously develop your teaching skills for the benefit of student outcomes.
