We are looking for someone to join our purpose-led high-growth scale-up Operations Specialist position on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role exists to support the Trustee in fulfilling its fiduciary, regulatory, and operational oversight responsibilities across superannuation administration, claims, complaints, and member outcomes. The role helps ensure strong governance and control over incidents, breaches and complaints; fair, consistent and compliant decision-making on claims and member matters; effective oversight of service providers; and continuous improvement in member outcomes, processes and disclosures. You’ll work as part of a pooled Operations team supporting claims, complaints, incidents, remediation, service-provider oversight, contact centre oversight and member servicing, working under the direction of senior Fund Operations colleagues. About The Role Working as part of a broader Fund Operations team, you’ll provide cross-functional support across claims, complaints, incidents and remediation, service-provider and contact centre oversight, and member servicing. You’ll help triage and resolve incidents and complaints, review claims and member matters within delegated authority, oversee service-provider performance, and support operational governance, risk and regulatory activities. You’ll also use insights from claims, complaints and member feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, disclosures and member outcomes.
