About this role
Responsible for the handling and processing of warehouse pick orders; transporting inventory; and maintaining stock in warehouse. This position will require a safety focused employee who has comfortability in a fast-paced work environment. · Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Franklin Electric Quality System. · Follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures. · Report problems with quality, process, equipment, and materials to the Warehouse Supervisor. · Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate distribution functions. · Operates a powered industrial forklift to transport inventory, unload and load trucks · Pulls and stages orders for auditing and shipping teams. · Responsible for conducting pre shift forklift inspections and ensuring forklifts are operated safely and efficiently. · Ensure damage product is reported and delivered to the proper department for rework. · Performs other duties as required or assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES · This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
