About this role
Responsible for supporting sales, world-class technical representation, support, and training, to water systems distributors and their contractors. • In the assigned territory, provide technical service and support on Franklin Electric water systems products, including motors, pumps, and electronic drives and controls. • Guide testing and troubleshooting of Franklin products in water systems installations. • Provide direction and expertise during new product installations. • Represent Franklin Electric at on-site installation meetings to timely resolve field issues. • Present technical seminars to water systems distributors, dealers, and contractors. • Represent Franklin Electric at trade shows and special events. • Write and submit weekly reports needed to highlight problems at specific sites and/or with certain customers or products. • Provide specialized training to specific customers. • Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
