About this role
As Senior Manager - Engineering, you will lead teams that integrate LLM APIs and agentic AI capabilities into new and existing web applications and software platforms. You will play a critical role in driving team cohesion, ensuring seamless application functionality, enhancing performance and creating intelligent systems that can autonomously optimise business processes. Working closely with product managers, data scientists and engineers, you will help refine user requirements, deliver AI-driven features and accelerate software development using generative AI tools. Lead a cross-functional generative AI-focused software development team. Integrate LLM APIs into existing platforms to enhance user interactions, decision-making and automation capabilities. Enhance applications with agentic AI capabilities to enable autonomous decision-making and improve business workflows. Work collaboratively across product, data science and engineering teams to develop AI-driven features and optimise system performance. Utilise generative AI tools, including coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, to accelerate development processes. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security and reliability. Stay current with advancements in LLMs, generative AI and cloud technologies, and apply relevant innovations to improve platform capability and performance.
