Blue Mantis is looking to add another member to our growing team. This is an exciting position that is fast paced, requires proficient troubleshooting skills, and candidates must have excellent customer service skills and patience. As an IT Technician you will be responsible to provide support to various Blue Mantis clients remotely. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on Windows client operating systems, MAC, as well as Microsoft server operating systems. Manage help desk requests submitted by phone, email, or chat. Document all support requests and resolutions in a ticketing system. Manage complex projects including on-prem to cloud conversions (Exchange to O365, server virtualization and migration to the cloud, etc) Have a reliable vehicle to travel to customer locations to resolve requests that require an onsite visit. Mileage reimbursement will be provided. Generate Certificate Signing Requests (CSRs) and private keys securely as well as installation and configuration on web servers like IIS
