Are you passionate about coordinating impactful learning and development programmes? Anthony Collins are looking for a 12-month maternity cover for a part-time, four-day-a-week role. You will support the delivery and improvement of L&D initiatives, making sure programmes are engaging, compliant and aligned to firm objectives. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you will enhance learning experiences for all cohorts. Coordinate programmes, including early talent Support apprentice recruitment/interviews Deliver and organise inductions Manage learning logistics and communications Monitor eLearning and feedback
