每日全廠生產報告統計 - 每月生產與用料分析、生產效能的統計 - 每月生產獎金、夜點費計算 - 每月月底鋼瓶盤點 - 管理乙炔生產品質 - 管理與掌握乙炔/氧氣/二氧化碳生產進度與出貨順暢 - 安排特殊灌充(高純度乙炔)的流程 - 巡檢工廠察看周遭與設備狀況 - 傾聽現場人員工作狀況與問題 - 查詢/檢查客戶問題瓶退貨的問題 - 協助客戶疑難排解有關乙炔之任何問題 - 工廠各類管理系統之執行與維護 - 第二順位藥品被授權人 - 其他主管交付之工作事項
