生產作業員(備料製作-日班) 1. 依配方備齊原料，確認品項、重量及品質狀況 2. 製作餡料（調製、熬煮或拌合） 3. 打製內餡、麵糊，控制濃稠度與品質 4. 按生產排程執行投料作業，確保供料穩定銜接產線 5. 環境及設備清潔 6. 其他主管交辦事項 需具烘焙相關工作１年經驗以上 有製作麵糰、糕點底料經驗者佳 其他條件 1. 具丙級烘焙證照者優先錄取 2. 細心、負責，能確實依配方操作
