《工作內容》 1. 負責烹調作業之計畫及工作分配執行 2. 機器操作指導及清潔維護 3. 前一天與學校營養師討論烹調製程、菜色性狀與口味 4. 每日菜餚之數量控制、口味調配等規劃執行 5. 每日廚餘與垃圾處理執行及督導 6. 機器設備、用水、用電、瓦斯之作業標準執行及作業安全檢查 7. 了解每日供餐反應，並與營養師、廚工等相關人員共同研商對策 8. 運輸餐盒到教室 《職務需求》無不良嗜好者、具中餐丙級證照者
