1.餐點組裝作業:依照訂餐單/航班/菜單/數量-組裝餐點。 2.廚具組裝作業:依訂餐單/日期/航班機型/航點-組裝廚具。 3.總檢作業-出餐前餐點及廚具相關配備品檢查。 4.出餐作業-出餐前30分鐘依裝載數放乾冰，並依總檢表點交運送人員。 5.盤點作業:每月依指定時間配合客供品盤點。 【上班時間會依產量高低做調整，需輪班】
