1.執行與規劃技術端教育訓練。(內燃機、油電混合動力、純電車) 2.教材編輯、製作，並提供訓後成效分析報告 3.提升技師技術能力，並通過原廠認證 4.定期參加VOLVO原廠技術會議、訓練及並轉訓 5.良好溝通能力-對外(客戶)、對內(技師、接待) 6.維修品質監控、提升與改善計畫擬定、執行 7.車輛故障診斷與排除，並建立診斷維修報告 8.原廠訓練、技術部門對應窗口 *管理4人以下團隊
