About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Reservation Coordinator to join their growing business in the UK serviced accommodation sector. Working closely with the Reservations and Operations teams, you will assist in managing bookings, communicating with guests, coordinating property availability, and supporting the day-to-day running of their portfolio. They are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Reservations
Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and booking platformsProcess new bookings, amendments, cancellations, and extensionsEnsure reservation information is accurate across all systemsMonitor occupancy levels and availabilitySupport with rate updates and availability management through their in house platform Guest Communication
Send booking confirmations, check-in instructions, and departure informationRespond promptly and professionally to guest queries before, during, and after their stayEscalate guest issues where appropriate while maintaining excellent customer serviceHelp gather guest feedback and reviews Operations Support
Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and furnishing teams to ensure properties are guest-readyCoordinate arrival and departure schedulesAssist in tracking property readiness and reporting any operational issuesSupport the wider operations team with administrative tasks Administration
Maintain accurate records and booking documentationUpdate internal systems and spreadsheetsPrepare daily reservation reportsAssist with invoicing and payment tracking where requiredEnsure company procedures and data protection policies are followed About You
Essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with good attention to detailFriendly, professional, and customer-focused approachGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office, AI LLM’s, and othersAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloadPositive attitude with a willingness to learnAbility to work independently and as part of a team Desirable
