Sytner Select Northampton is looking for a skilled and motivated Bodyshop Technician to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity to work within the Sytner Group, one of the UK's leading automotive retailer groups, representing prestige and premium vehicle brands.
As a Bodyshop Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality body repairs on a range of vehicles, ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards and Sytner's exceptional levels of quality and customer care.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out body repairs including painting, alignment, SMART repairs and preparationEnsuring all repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescalesWorking safely and efficiently in line with health and safety requirementsMaintaining a clean and organised working environmentLiaising with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and excellent results About You
Previous experience as a Bodyshop Technician (ATA accreditation desirable but not essential)Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanshipAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamA positive, professional attitude and strong work ethicA Full valid UK driving licence will be of benefit Why Sytner?
