The Role
As a Mill Shift Operator, you will be a key member of the Mill Team, responsible for the safe and efficient production of malt flour, flakes and milled products. This is a hands-on role working with plant and machinery in a fast-paced operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating milling plant and associated equipmentPacking a variety of malts and malted ingredients into the required packagingCarrying out general cleaning duties to maintain hygiene standardsMaintaining accurate records and cleaning schedulesWorking safely at all times, in line with health & safety and environmental policiesOperating a forklift truck where qualified (training can be provided)
