As a Repairs Specialist at Hyde, you’ll be working in our homes carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance and delivering exceptional customer service to our residents.
What you’ll be doing
Carrying out multi-trade repairs including plumbing, carpentry, plastering and general maintenanceFixing day-to-day issues such as kitchens, bathrooms, leaks, walls and flooringCompleting patch plastering, minor tiling, painting and similar finishing worksWorking on your own jobs but also alongside other trades when neededFollowing work orders and reporting back on progress and materials usedConsistently working safely and following Hyde’s health and safety proceduresProviding a professional, friendly service to customers in their homes What we’re looking for
Experience in maintenance/repairs of kitchens and bathrooms in domestic propertiesConfident using hand and power toolsA practical problem-solver who can spot issues and fix them properlyGood communication skills and a customer-friendly attitudeExperience working in social housing is desirableA full, valid UK driving licence Benefits
