We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Logistics team in Leeds. You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with all legal and safety standards.

Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems.Manage depot operations, including rota planning, staffing, and cost control.Deliver against KPIs and OGSM targets.Drive customer service excellence for both internal and external stakeholders.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.Ensure legal compliance for drivers and vehicles.Conduct performance reviews, training, and disciplinary procedures.Drive an inclusive culture and ensure Wellbeing, diversity and Inclusivity events are actively promoted at site level. What We’re Looking For;
Proven experience in senior-level transport operations.Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.ICT proficiency and data-driven decision-making skills. Qualifications
Essential:
Minimum 5 GCSEs (A–C or equivalent)Licence CPC CertificationIOSH Certification Desired:
