Regional HR Advisor (ER Advisor) - 6 month fixed term contract
South East (Hybrid with travel across sites)
Up to £45,000 (pro-rata'd) dependent on experience

We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Regional HR Advisor (ER Advisor) to join our People Experience team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our sites across the South East and outskirts of London, providing professional HR advice, coaching managers, and partnering closely with leaders to deliver practical, people-driven solutions that make a real impact.
This is a regional role that combines operational delivery with strategic influence. You’ll spend around two to three days per week visiting sites, with the remainder of your time spent working remotely. A company vehicle will be provided for travel between sites.
What you’ll be doing
Own employee relations cases from a HR perspective including investigations, disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability processes
Advise and coach managers on employment law, company policies and HR best practice
Prepare investigation reports, correspondence, and formal documentation
Support managers to resolve people issues fairly, consistently and in line with legal requirements and company policies
Escalate complex or high-risk matters to the Regional HR Manager
Maintain accurate employee relations records and documentation
What you’ll need to succeed
Proven experience in an HR Advisor role with broad exposure across the full employee lifecycleStrong knowledge of Employment Law and practical experience handling ER cases end-to-endExcellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across all levelsConfident using HR systems, we use Workday (HRIS), Outlook, Excel, and SharePointA data-driven and commercially minded approach to problem solvingThe ability to balance operational delivery with strategic thinkingA full UK driving licence (essential) and willingness to travel regularly across the regionExperience in the logistics or distribution sector would be advantageous but not essential
