About this role
RCPS is accepting applications for Tutors to work on a temporary basis. Work schedules will vary depending on needs of the school, but will not exceed a total of 29 hours per week. The hourly rate of pay is $35.00, and is $40.00 for individuals with an active Virginia teaching license. Primary Responsibilities: To develop and implement an instructional program that will effectively provide the best possible education for each student. Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, English, or Science
• Possess effective reading, writing, and computation skills
• Possess effective oral and written communication skills
• Must have demonstrated the personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Acceptance of flexible work schedule
• Dependability and punctuality required
