About this role
• To assist the cook on duty with the preparation of food ie: prepare Vegetables • Assist with the making up of dinners in take away containers • Wash up dirty cutlery and dishes. Operate kitchen dishwasher • Set up tea trolley and serve tea to clients in dayroom when requested. • Report shortage of supplies to Cook or Manager. • Keep all counter tops clean and wipe down regularly • Mop kitchen floor • Take out rubbish • General kitchen duties call 083 3450181.
