About this role
Job summary
To work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the
practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying with the
GMS contract. Furthermore, the post-holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical
practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, and
maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
To provide primary medical care to patients, including assessing and diagnosing health conditions, prescribing treatment and managing both acute and long-term conditions. Also, to provide preventative care, health advice, referrals to specialist services and work collaboratively with the wider practice team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Qualifications Essential
