As Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping care delivery, ensuring high standards of practice, and fostering collaboration across the multidisciplinary team.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to provide leadership and management support within our Mindworks East Hub. This is a dynamic and varied role, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on the delivery of care across the locality.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist with providing overall leadership and management support to the East Mindworks Hub
Supervising and guiding colleagues to ensure high standards of clinical practice.
Building strong, collaborative relationships across services in Surrey.
Working in close partnership with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and senior leadership to deliver integrated, patient-focused care.
Manage a caseload of young people for assessment, interventions and supporting the Duty system.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Clinical qualification at Degree level or above in Mental Health Nursing Registration with NMC Diploma level specialist training, experience, and short courses in the areas of child development, attachment or family functioning
Experience Essential
Sound experience of working with CYP with a variety of mental health issues Demonstrable expertise in complex assessment of people with both mental and physical health issues Demonstrable ability to develop practical innovations and approaches to issues and complex problems Expertise and experience in supervision and supporting the growth of other staff. Proven ability to provide training and education regarding mental health and complex clinical topics
Driving License Essential
Full UK Driving license
