Main duties of the job

The Education Academy Administration team provide support to the wider Trust and Academy colleagues.

Including:

Reception duties at Education hubs for delegates and venue attendees Management of venue to ensure rooms are appropriately prepared and equipped Proactive support to delegates, both face to face and electronic Problem Solving Accurate recording of training data Provision of training support materials

Qualifications Essential

GCSE's Math and English C or above or equivalent

Desirable

NVQ Business Admin or similar

Knowledge and Expertise Essential

Sound level of personal IT skills, including Word / Excel/PowerPoint;

Use of ESR system

Experience Essential

Experience of clerical / admin work in busy environment serving a large internal customer base Experience of being an effective first point of contact Experience of effective team working. High level of customer care awareness and skills Good decision-making skills with the ability to effectively manage workloads to deadlines
