Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Integrated Community Stroke Service (ICSS) as a Generic Rehabilitation Technician specialising in Digital Rehabilitation . In this rewarding role, you will support people recovering from stroke and other neurological conditions to maximise their recovery, independence and quality of life. Working within a specialist multidisciplinary team, alongside Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Stroke Specialist Nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will deliver person-centred rehabilitation programmes tailored to individual needs and goals. You will provide rehabilitation interventions both face-to-face and through digital platforms, enabling patients to access therapy in their own homes and communities.
