Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Monitoring and Compliance Administrator to join our friendly team in Soft Facilities Management at AWP. This is no ordinary admin role as you will be working flexibly on a daily basis visiting all of our buildings in the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire region as well as some home working.Right to Work in the UK: This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application, as the organisation is unable to support sponsorship for this post.
Main duties of the job
The role involves assessing the standards of cleanliness of our environment to include our inpatient, outpatient and staff only areas using the guidelines provided in the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness. You will then collate those results using a bespoke software system and circulate to senior Clinical and Facilities managers. Full training will be provided in both the methodology and the software systems used.
This role will suit someone who is resilient and enjoys the autonomy of lone working whilst at the same time operating collaboratively with colleagues in the wider Facilities Management Team.
Please note this is a part time role working 22.5 hours per week. The precise working pattern will be discussed at interview.

General Duties
1. Cleanliness auditing of buildings across the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire area.
2. Using bespoke software to input audit outcomes.
3. Using the software supplier help desk for any system issues.
4. Circulate corrective action reports to senior Clinical and Facilities Managers.
5. Running any ad hoc reports from the system as required.
6. Responsibility for maintaining audit schedule in line with requirements of the National Standard of Healthcare Cleanliness.
7. Ad-hoc administrative support for other Facilities Teams as requested.
8. Work within national, local and trust policies, procedures, guidelines and standards.
9. Completion of multiple spreadsheets to record and maintain information.
