Job SummaryYou will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ADMINISTRATION AND RESOURCES DIVISION of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyze, develop, and recommend alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations; implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets; and providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's programs and activities. Major DutiesYou will perform or advise on work in any phases or systems of budget administration.You will present and defend budget estimates and review and evaluate budget requests.You will implement legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets.You will recommend costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of the organizations programs and administrative operations.You will provide advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization's program activities.
