Job SummaryYou will serve as a Supervisory Real Property Officer (RPO) in the Public Works Department, Commander, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing tools such as standardized metrics, practices, processes and staff workload management to analyze long and short-range property needs. 2) Ensuring that all persons receive full equal opportunity and treatment in placement, promotion, training, details, assignments, and related personnel actions based on qualifications. 3) Developing and offering effective, constructive employee and team feedback for improving performance. 4) Providing input to the development of policy and process requirements for inventory data collection and integrity. 5) Conducting inventories, utilization surveys, and/or compliance inspections. Major DutiesYou will represents the command in policy and technical expertise with associated real property accountability programs and processes such as Sustainment Testing, integration with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data.You will leads teams and or provides input to the development of policy and process requirements for inventory data collection and integrity.You will provide initial training for iNFADS certification and subsequent training updates based on Region-level data quality / standards testing; and associated training on policies, regulations and laws governing Navy real property.You will support the FMD Director with management, allocation, resourcing, and funding decisions for the Real Property Accountable Officers (RPAOs) across the ECH IV Command
