HelloFresh is seeking a Claims & Risk Analyst to join our team! As a Claims & Risk Analyst, you will support day-to-day operations across claims management, reporting, and insurance program administration. This role is primarily focused on supporting our Workers' Compensation program, while also assisting with a smaller portfolio of general liability, property, subrogation (recovery), and commercial auto claims as needed. You will play a key role in ensuring claims are managed efficiently from intake through resolution by supporting claim intake, tracking, reporting, and timely claim processing. You'll maintain accurate claims data and dashboards while coordinating with internal stakeholders, third-party administrators (TPAs), carriers, and brokers to help drive claims toward successful resolution.
