Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Hybrid Cloud Pre-Sales Solution Architect for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.
This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed.
Responsibilities:
Assessment and Analysis:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' datacentre infrastructure, including branch offices and edge locations.Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in both centralized and distributed environments.
Strategy and Roadmap Development:
Create comprehensive datacentre transformation strategies and roadmaps, aligning with clients' businessDesign solutions incorporating the latest technologies, industry best practices, and scalability for diverse environments.
Reference Architecture and Best Practices:
Utilize industry best practices and reference architectures to design efficient and scalable solutions for centralized and distributed architectures.Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in datacentre transformation and edge computing.
Private Cloud and Hybrid Cloud
Advise on the design and implementation of private cloud environments, considering security, compliance, and performance Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful deployment of hybrid cloud solutions. Sustainability Integrate sustainability considerations into datacentre transformation plans for both centralized and distributedAdvocate for green technologies and energy-efficient practices in datacentres and edge locations.
Client
Provide expert advice to clients on datacentre transformation, private cloud implementation, and technologyCollaborate with clients to address concerns and provide innovative solutions for hybrid cloud strategies
Business Case
Develop detailed business cases for datacentre transformation projects, covering both centralized and edgeCollaborate with financial analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial models.
Presales:
Engage in presales activities, including presentations, workshops, and technical Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and contribute to compelling proposals for hybrid cloud solutions. Requirements
