Key Responsibilities Installation and Maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipments Language Proficiency: Native or near-native proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and Basic English (reading, writing, speaking). Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment Engineer should work on cleanroom environment
• Technical Training: Complete a 6 to 18-month intensive training program in Miyagi, Japan. (On-the-Job Work/Training) • Candidates should be ready to work in clean room environment adhering to Health and safety regulations • Understand working procedures from the Team leads and provide support based on instructions • Work with Customer team and support on Start-Up activities for the FABs • Candidates should understand instructions in English and communicate at Basic level We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. Work Experience · Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in engineering or a related field (mechanical and Electrical preferred).
• Engineer with minimum 1-4 years of experience – (For Bachelor’s degree) • Diploma holders with 10+ years of experience • Any maintenance or shopfloor activities (FAB environment is good to have) • English proficiency at basic level is must have
