Position Summary The Construction Project Intern will coordinate all aspects of minor construction project for ECU Health to include budgeting, design, bidding, contracts, construction and occupancy. In this role, you will assist with:
• Budgeting - Work with outside contractors to develop conceptual budgets during project initiation. • Design - Work with internal design team to develop comprehensive drawing package. • Bidding - Work with outside contractors thru pricing process to include design document review and project area walk thru. • Contracts - Work with in-house team members to secure funding and complete owner/contractor agreement for project. • Construction - Review/coordinate daily construction activities and complete daily assessment document. • Occupancy - Work with vendors to operationalize completed project.
