Job Title: General Production WorkerResponsibilities
• Support multiple stages of the manufacturing process to ensure consistent, high-quality production. • Safely and efficiently assist operators of production machinery and equipment by maintaining adequate stocks of materials and supplies. • Load and unload raw materials and finished products in various areas of the facility. • Inspect products for defects and verify they meet established quality standards. • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines. • Rotate through different production areas as assigned to gain proficiency across the full production process. • Follow all safety procedures when using personal protective equipment such as coats, goggles, and gloves. Essential Skills
• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred • Comfort with physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials. • Strong reliability and consistent attendance in previous roles. • Attention to detail for inspecting products and identifying defects. • Steel-toed shoes are required for all work in the facility. Pay & Benefits:
