Job Title: Machine OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Machine Operator who will be responsible for operating CNC machines and manual vertical mills. This role requires the use of different types of controllers, such as Fanuc and Haas, and involves running multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining high production standards. Responsibilities • Load and operate CNC machines and manual vertical mills. • Use different types of controllers (Fanuc and Haas). • Run multiple machines at once. • Monitor, measure, and report on production. • Inspect components being machined to ensure they meet quality requirements using precision measuring instruments. • Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines using hand tools. • Fix or repair fixtures. Essential Skills • Experience in machine operation, troubleshooting, production, and assembly. • Proficiency in CNC machine operation. • Familiarity with Haas and Fanuc controllers. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications • G Code Programming experience is a plus. • Strong industrial background or very strong mechanical aptitude. Work EnvironmentThis role offers openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts, with 1st shift running Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, and 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm. Candidates must be open to working overtime as required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of West Henrietta, NY.
