Production Operator Openings - Entry Level | Weekly Pay
Job Overview Join a growing advanced electronics manufacturing team! As a Production Operator, you will assemble and inspect small electronic components used in data center servers within a cleanroom environment.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Successful employees have the opportunity to grow into Technician and Engineering roles. This position is contract-to-hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs. Responsibilities
• Assemble electronic components, chips, and printed circuit boards (PCBs). • Perform basic mechanical assembly and soldering tasks. • Work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE and cleanroom attire. • Inspect products using microscopes and other quality-control equipment. • Follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. • Safely operate hand tools and power tools. • Maintain quality, safety, and production standards. • Support material handling and other general production activities. • Work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends as required. Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. • Experience with electronics assembly is a plus. • Basic soldering skills or a willingness to learn. • Comfortable working with microscopes, small components, and precision tools. • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures. • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. • Reliable attendance and ability to work 12-hour shifts. • Team-oriented with strong communication skills. Work Environment
• Cleanroom manufacturing facility. • Full cleanroom suit and PPE required. • 12-hour day or night shifts on a rotating schedule. • Shift differential available for overnight positions. • Work with microscopes, inspection equipment, and electronic assembly tools. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Land, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
