NOW HIRING TEST TECHNICIANS FOR AN AEROSPACE COMPANY IN SAN DIEGO!Location - Poway, CAShift - 1st & 2nd Shifts AvailableJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Test Technician with a strong ability to troubleshoot down to the component level on circuit boards, particularly within RF systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues, reading and interpreting technical documents, and demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing orders.Responsibilities

• Set up, perform, and analyze experiments and tests according to pre-arranged product test procedures. • Record results and findings into product test records. • Analyze and diagnose faults in the operational configuration of electronics systems and equipment to the system level. • Operate test equipment such as digital multi-meters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators for analysis, troubleshooting, and repair. • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, and integrated circuits to the component level. • Assist team members in resolving technical challenges and escalate complex issues when necessary. • Provide guidance and training to Electronics Test Technicians in operation, maintenance, and inspection procedures. • Oversee the appropriate use of materials, test equipment, and tools to maximize efficiency. • Perform other duties as assigned or required. Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electronics troubleshooting and repair. • Experience with PCB testing and use of test equipment. • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot RF system issues. • Capability to read and interpret electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical publications. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. • Team player mentality. • Working knowledge of wire diagrams and block diagrams. • Experience in operating digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators. • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poway, CA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
