About this role

Job Title: Warehouse Operations SpecialistJob DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist responsible for preparing outgoing shipments and coordinating with the Customer Service team to ensure all shipping documents are completed accurately and promptly. Responsibilities • Transact customer orders using both carrier and ERP systems. • Conduct quality control inspections within the workflow. • Package and tape international shipments in multi-pack cartons for export. • Affix shipping labels on packed cartons. • Take an accurate inventory count at the end of each day. • Serve as a backup order picker as needed. • Assemble cardboard cartons for large, multipack shipments. • Move prepared shipments from shipping cart to dock door as needed. • Contact forwarding companies to arrange pick-up. • Consign shipments to forwarders and ensure correct shipments are consigned by verifying documents. • Maintain good communication and rapport with co-workers. • Ensure the shipping area is kept organized and neat. • Inform supervisor of any issues on the shipping floor. • Perform other duties as assigned. The work schedule varies by location and shift, including day and swing shifts, with opportunities for growth and increased compensation based on experience and skill level. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
