Job Title: PackagerJob DescriptionThis entry-level Packager role focuses on carefully packaging chocolate products in a fast-paced production environment. You work as part of a general production team to ensure products are assembled, packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment according to quality and safety standards. Multiple shift options are available, including weekday and weekend schedules, offering flexibility for different lifestyle needs.Responsibilities

• Package chocolate products accurately and efficiently according to established procedures and quality standards. • Perform general production tasks such as assembly, packing, labeling, stacking, and picking to support smooth workflow on the production line. • Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and, where applicable, forklifts, to move products and materials safely around the facility. • Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and finished goods, and communicate any shortages or issues to the appropriate team members. • Work on an assembly line, maintaining a steady pace to meet production targets and deadlines. • Follow cleanroom or food-safe handling procedures when required to maintain product quality and hygiene. • Assist with general labor tasks, including organizing work areas, disposing of waste, and maintaining a clean and orderly production environment. • Support inventory control activities by counting, labeling, and organizing products and materials as directed. • Collaborate with team members and, when needed, interact with internal customers or support customer service by ensuring orders are packaged correctly. • Apply basic food preparation and handling practices when working with edible products to maintain safety and quality. • Follow all manufacturing and safety guidelines, including proper use of equipment and adherence to facility rules. • Perform additional duties related to general production, packaging, and assembly as assigned to support overall operational needs. Essential Skills

• Entry-level production and packaging experience or strong interest in learning manufacturing and general labor work. • Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as packing, labeling, stacking, and assembly while maintaining attention to detail. • Basic understanding of general production processes and assembly line work. • Capability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to established procedures and safety guidelines. • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move products, and work in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to work assigned shift schedules, including first, second, third, or weekend shifts as needed. • Reliability and punctuality to support consistent production output and team operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control, including counting, organizing, and tracking products and materials. • Skillset in general labor, manufacturing, or warehouse environments. • Familiarity with operating pallet jacks and forklifts in a production or warehouse setting. • Experience working on an assembly line or in general production roles. • Exposure to cleanroom environments or food-safe handling practices. • Customer service experience that supports accurate order fulfillment and communication. • Previous work in food preparation, landscaping, or similar hands-on roles that demonstrate reliability and work ethic. You may use basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety guidelines. Multiple shifts are available, including first shift (6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.), second shift (2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.), third shift (10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.), and extended weekend shifts of 12 hours. Typical attire includes practical, work-appropriate clothing suitable for a production floor, along with any required safety gear provided by the facility.
