Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic with experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and repair high-speed production equipment. • Maintain and repair bottling, canning, capping, or filling equipment. • Work with conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, and motors. • Perform electrical troubleshooting on sensors, proximity switches, and relays. • Diagnose and resolve issues on sensitive, high-speed equipment to minimize downtime. • Preferred experience with welding stainless steel using TIG and stick welding. Essential Skills • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with high-speed production equipment. • Experience with conveyor systems, pneumatic troubleshooting, and motor repair. • Electrical troubleshooting skills, including work with sensors, proximity switches, and relays. • Ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in automotive, industrial, aircraft, beverage, or canning/manufacturing maintenance environments. • Experience troubleshooting and repairing gears, bearings, and motors. • Familiarity with automated material handling and packaging equipment, such as conveyors, cappers, fillers, and labelers. • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting high-speed production equipment is a strong plus. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC 28269.
