What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll play a vital role in producing and packaging quality food products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. Key Responsibilities

• Operate food processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently. • Follow all GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety procedures. • Monitor product quality throughout the production process. • Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment. • Perform routine cleaning and sanitation duties to maintain food-safe production areas. • Complete production and quality documentation accurately. • Identify and report equipment issues, product defects, or safety concerns. • Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and schedules. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. • Follow all company policies and food industry regulations. Who We're Looking For Preferred Backgrounds We're especially interested in candidates with experience in:

• Food manufacturing • Food processing • Food packaging • Food service production environments • Sanitation and industrial cleaning • Quality control or food inspection • Machine operation • Production or manufacturing environments • Warehouse or packaging operations within regulated facilities Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in food production, food manufacturing, food handling, or sanitation. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety. • Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic. • Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. • Strong teamwork and communication skills. • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience following GMP and HACCP guidelines. • Food safety or sanitation experience. • Machine operating experience within a production environment. • Quality inspection or quality control experience. • Production documentation and recordkeeping experience.
