• 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM • May transition to 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM after training • Rotating on-call schedule shared with five other team members What You'll Do
• Maintain and repair HVAC equipment including chillers, VAVs, and air handlers • Troubleshoot pumps, motors, cooling towers, and related systems • Service generators, UPS systems, and commercial kitchen equipment • Perform plumbing, lighting, and general building maintenance • Complete preventive maintenance and lockout/tagout procedures • Change filters and belts, perform chemical testing/treatment • Support building projects and day-to-day facility operations What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of HVAC and electrical troubleshooting experience • Experience in commercial buildings, critical facilities, or Class A properties • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills Preferred
• EPA 608 or 609 Certification Work Environment Join a close-knit engineering team supporting a prestigious commercial property. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
